We take you on a trip into the beautiful Billefjord in direction Pyramiden. First we go all the way in to the glacier at the bottom of the fjord, the Nordenskiöldglacier. We stay in front of the glacier spotting for polarbears and other wildlife. We have the possibilities experiencing the glacier calf while we are having an arctic lunch with champagne.
Then we head for Pyramiden with special sightseeing in this ghost town, rated as one of the 10 most interesting ghost town in the world. The visit ends at the hotel for a taste of the local Russian vodka.
On the way back to Longyearbyen we pass by Skansbukta, one of the most spectacular places in the area with local mining and trapping history.
Before crossing the fjord back to town we can spot the famous Swedish house up on the cliffs. One of the most tragic stories in Svalbards history took place here…

Hallo, wir machen die Tour auch, zum zweiten Mal. Ich versuche gerade, privat einen ganztägigen Ausflug von Longyearbyen nach Pyramiden zu organisieren und suche noch Interessenten. Zu den Kosten kann ich noch nichts sagen. Da warte ich noch auf Antwort des Veranstalters.
